JULY 28TH. - LEE COUNTY REPUBLICAN FUND RAISING BANQUET – “THE COMFORT INN AND SUITES” - FORT MADISON – 5PM SOCIAL HOUR – 6PM DINING AND SPEAKING BEGINS - $30 PER TICKET

*SEPTEMBER 8TH. – TRI STATE RODEO PARADE – THEME “AMERICA NEEDS FARMERS” - FORT MADISON – 9:30 AM – FLOAT WILL BE IN THE VACINITY OF OAK DRIVE AND AVENUE G UNLESS OTHER WISE NOTIFIED – STATE REPRESENTATIVES WILL GO FIRST - ENDS AT 4TH. AND AVENUE G – LARGEST AND MOST HISTORIC PARADE IN IOWA – MEDIA AND APPROXIMATLY 14,000 PEOPLE – STARTED IN 1947 – WHEN WALKED BY THEN GOVERNOR BRANSTAD, HE WON LEE COUNTY

District 83 Candidate State Representive Forum
The Fort Madison Partners Affiliates will be hosting a Legislative Candidate Forum for House of Representatives District 83 on Thursday, April 26th 6-7:30 located at the Old Fort Players (725 Avenue G). The Partners will have a few prepared questions but will give the public the opportunity to provide questions to the moderator for the candidates. Doors will open at 5:30, at this time the public will have a chance to write their questions down and present to the moderator prior to 6:00 pm. The moderator will review all questions to reduce duplication prior to presenting to the candidates. We will keep the forum to an hour and a half to respect everyone’s time. Candidates: Jeffery D.
